The concept for Toyota Music Factory began in the early 2010s as part of the City of Irving’s plan to create a world-class entertainment district. Construction started in 2014 under the direction of ARK Group, and the venue officially opened in September 2017 with a grand performance by ZZ Top. What began as the “Irving Music Factory” soon adopted its new name following Toyota’s acquisition of the naming rights.


Since opening, the complex has become a defining feature of Irving’s cultural landscape, bringing together dining, music, and nightlife in one central location. It continues to host concerts, festivals, and community events throughout the year.
